My wheel did fall off. Well, it was torn off when the car got whacked. Things aren't the same here having the next gen but I still like reading the posts.

Hey we still enjoy having you around. Whatever happens to buzz. The pilot Guy. Did he retired or past away?
The owner of the new Gen doesn't have the same enthusiastic as the first Gen. The only hardcore Guy I know is the one who posted here about his prototype bell fmic setup. I saw his car at r-sport getting some work done.

The thing is though that as other cars become more affordable, kids/young auto enthusiasts will not want to spend $ on a first gen S40 if they have the 2004+ one to chose from, as well as jettas, bimmers and other crap.
All of you with modified S40's are definately unique. You don't see modified 40's on the street EVER! I used to like meets with Aleks, Simon Gus and the rest coz it made us feel special

its the same story here in Sweden, not to many 96-04 x40's are around here, still see some here and there, but when i joined in 05-06 there were alot more action both here and on the streets of Sweden....But i check in as often as i can dont post much, but do my best if there is something i can help with And i DO like meeting Alex, Art, Gus and even Tommy   even met Jonathan and Simon from here hope to see you all next year! have to come over!
