This is my first guide: how I changed my interior lights over to LEDs...
First I soldered up an array of LEds:

and the circuit i used:

All Leds are super bright 14000mcd.
here is a picture of the new 3x3 LED arrays in place:

I also added 3x2 arrays to the back dome lights:

any questions, let me know!

there is no real way to make a kit, but I can sell the premade 9x9 LED blocks at cost - $20
If anyone wants, for like 30 bucks I will do this to your lights...

you can compare the color of the LEDs to the color of the bulb under the kick pannel
I got the LEDs from http://stores.ebay.com/BestHongKong they are cheap and good!

Great looking, awsome job. I think I'd like that.
But what is the extra Diode for?

Thanks!
The extra diode is reverse voltage protection. This serves to eliminate the negative voltage spikes (up to -650v) that are found in a car's electrical system due to things like the ignition, fuel injector coils, ect. This is required in order to protect the LEDs which have a reverse voltage of about 6v. - JAcob
